Q: What is Graphic Design?
A: The definition of Graphic Design is the process and art of combining text and graphics and communicating an effective message in the design of logos,
graphics, brochures, newsletters, posters, signs, websites, and any other type of visual communication.
Q: What can I do to prepare myself for working with Bimagery?
A: Think carefully about what you want, before we get started. The more detailed you are in your descriptions, the better your "vision"
becoming reality. We always research extensively when working on any project, and knowing what you want will help us to move in the right direction.
Q: What do you charge for your graphic design services?
A: As every job is bespoke, we quote on a job by job basis but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for 5 star plus work. Once both parties agree on the terms and scope of the project and a contract is signed:
Half of the total cost is invoiced when the project begins. Half of the total cost is invoiced upon project completion.
These terms are contingent upon the client providing materials on time and within the original scope of the project.
**Website maintenance is contracted separately.
Q: What is the client's involvement in the design process?
A: We believe in working with our clients to find solutions that empower their businesses. This means moving through every step of the design process and
solving problems together. We discuss the project with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color
combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues.
Q: What is a Concept?
A: A Concept is simply an Individual Design. Presented to you as a "Draft."
Q: What is a Revision?
A: A Revision is a slight change of a draft (color, shape, font, etc.). A completely new Concept is not considered to be a revision.
Q: What is a Target Market?
A: The market segment or group of customers that a company has decided to serve, and at which it consequently aims its marketing activities.
Q: How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?
A:The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process. We present the project to the client at certain stages and wait for
approval before we continue work.
Q: How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
A: A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on DVD or CD or via e-mail.
We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates.
